Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ListingDr.com and any related services (the “Service”) operated by The Listing Doctor (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

The Listing Doctor analyzes online listings (e.g. Etsy listings) and produces diagnoses, scores, and AI-drafted suggestions to help you improve them. The Service is informational. We don’t guarantee specific outcomes — including views, clicks, conversions, or sales — that depend on factors outside our control.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account.
• You must comply with the terms of any third-party platform you connect (for example, Etsy’s Terms of Use).
• The information you provide must be accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute outputs of the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our prompts, models, or scoring logic.
• Use the Service to scan listings or shops you don’t own or aren’t authorized to act on.
• Run automated tooling to bulk-scan listings beyond reasonable use of the free tier.
• Use the Service in any unlawful, abusive, or harassing manner.

Plans and billing

The Service offers a free tier with unlimited diagnoses. Paid plans unlock additional AI generation capacity on a month-to-month basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancellations and refunds. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current period; you’ll keep paid access until that date. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing or plan features. If we do, we’ll give you notice before the change applies to your renewal.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your shop content, listings, photos, and anything you upload or connect. We keep ownership of the Service itself, including our scoring engine, prompts, and software. When you generate AI rewrites with the Service, you’re free to use those outputs in your own listings.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendations we make will increase your sales.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Listing Doctor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. After termination, the sections of these Terms that should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and The Listing Doctor agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
